We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. This is because our feed for reptiles may become contaminated once it leaves our facility, or during storage or handling at the customer's facility.
We cannot guarantee the safety and quality of the feed once it has been opened and exposed to different environments. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the risk of contamination. By purchasing our feed, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that we recommend storing the feed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. It is also important to handle the feed with clean hands or tools to avoid contamination.
